INVEST IN HER TVET SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME
The INVEST in Her TVET Scholarship Scheme will provide young women with funds to access market demand-driven TVET training in male dominated trades or occupations, to enhance employability and economic opportunities. ADVOCACY INNOVATION CHALLENGE 2021
The advocacy innovation challenge is an annual grant designed to incentivize advocacy campaigns to change public perceptions and challenge social norms that constraint women’s access to employment opportunities in non-traditional trades and advance the project outcomes in terms of women economic participation in TVET. INVEST EDUCATION & SKILLS TRAINING INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Applications are open for interested and suitably qualified female TVET graduates for the INVEST Project Employability Program 2022/2023. Gain practical skills relevant to the job market; Build their confidence and strengthen employment networks. Applicants should send their application no later than 5:00 pm on October 3rd, 2022.
WOMEN-IN-TVET BUSINESS COMPETITION
The Program which runs annually (2021 – 2025), is a joint collaboration between National Entrepreneurship an Innovation Program (NEIP) and WUSC. Beneficiaries will have the opportunity to grow their business acumen and enterprises in an enabling environment, whereby they are exposed to major private sector and industry players in technical sectors through activities such as pitching competitions.
